Hey, I like the product so far but it seems that sending emails to Highrise works inconsistently. Sometimes the email gets copied and other times just the subject is sent to Highrise.

After I blow through 35 emails, I would like to click one button to submit all contacts, not each one by one.

Right now, the e-mail is added only to the first recepient in the list. This is a bug.

I have the contacts in my gmail contacts, ecquire should be able to search the contacts and populate info automagically. the whole point is to prevent me (the user) from having to enter the info again. its in my gmail contacts, get it from there when I enter an email in the compose view. then attach the email to the contact and the Case (highrise) and send it along without making duplicates in the CRM (i.e. check if the contact already exists.)

I forwarded past emails to highrise using ecquire, but it did not associate it to the highrise contact. on other occasion, it forwarded the email to the right contact, but did not include Any of the email text, only the email's subject line was included.

Some improvements could include picking attachments from the email and correctly picking up the from / to addresses in the Gmail Thread. once this is done... you guys are perfect!

So I do have one account on google apps (mydomain.com) and another on gmail. I would like to access both of them from the same Ecquire account. Is that possible?

I have a linkedin recruiter subscription. When I log in to LI recruiter I am no longer able to use the Ecquire tool.Is this something you will be fixing?

There are many times when I would like the full text of the email added to SF. Currently its only logging the subject.

I really think you guys should add a video tutorials about how it works in your webiste and if possible in the ecquire software

I don't want to log any internal emails to other users at my company.
need to be able to add rules like "ignore *@acme.com" to ignore messages to anyone in that domain.
Also need to able to ignore all email sent from my personal account. I have 2 Gmail windows open in my browser, 1 for work and 1 personal, Ecquire is watching them both

Hey I'm confused? I installed it quickly and checked the buttons for facebook,gmail etc. but how it works? Anyone got any idea about it?

I hope all is well in San Fran! A couple of things....my fabulous Ecquire disappeared. I'm not sure what that means.

I also have some feedback for ya. I would like to add my list, emails that I have received but haven't responded to. The info only pops up in the Ecquire menu if I have responded to an email.
