I don't use Gmail for business, so this would be huge.

Emails to multiple recepients should be added to all records in Highrise
Right now, the e-mail is added only to the first recepient in the list. This is a bug.

Ecquire Button doesn't appear inside gmail email
I just install ecquire and made the connection to highrise but the ecquire button doesn't appear when in open email

Guys great service, just made using highrise much more easier! Kudos!
Some improvements could include picking attachments from the email and correctly picking up the from / to addresses in the Gmail Thread. once this is done... you guys are perfect!

Is there any way to add tags to Highrise when an email get's pulled in by ecquire?
Currently it's just logging that communication under notes, but I'd love to be able to categorize that person if they're a new contact in my database.

I imagine I can dump into google docs and then to Zoho, but that isn't pretty.

Make the PITCH video shorter
Watching the first few minutes of the pitch video was a little bit dry. I clicked way early. But I came back to this because I starred it in my inbox. Glad I did. Now testing the app.

inside gmail, the drop down disapears before i can edit info
is there a way to keep it open long enough to actually make edits to the contact before its submitted?

Emails seem to go to contacts activity. Anyway to make this go to account level?
Emails seem to move to the contacts in Salesforce. Would like to see these go to the account level. Anyway to change this?

Add contacts from multiple emails at once
I've got hundreds of emails from our users in my gmail and I'd love to be able to "select all", then "import to mailchimp". What's the easiest way to do it? I was planning on doing it all manually before, but data entry blows.

Email user association fail. Also email content fail
I forwarded past emails to highrise using ecquire, but it did not associate it to the highrise contact. on other occasion, it forwarded the email to the right contact, but did not include Any of the email text, only the email's subject line was included.

import gmail contacts into ecquire and the associated CRM
I have the contacts in my gmail contacts, ecquire should be able to search the contacts and populate info automagically. the whole point is to prevent me (the user) from having to enter the info again. its in my gmail contacts, get it from there when I enter an email in the compose view. then attach the email to the contact and the Case (highrise) and send it along without making duplicates in the CRM (i.e. check if the contact already exists.)

Can you combine purpose/features of Equire's outlook tool with this one?
Not sure i'm setup yet. Seems like this is handy but sparse.
Different because of integration with larger CRM? What's next? You were targeting sales pros with Outlook tool, and that was unique (or at least the story sounded good). Who is the market for this version?
If it's still salespeople, maybe you can weave the two concepts together. Add the API from http://fullcontact.com/ to gather lots of data without clicking. Nimble.com to some degree does it well. Save the link to Linkedin Profile
When I save a profile from Linked in I also want to have the link to the profile saved.
