How do you think we could improve the Ecquire experience?

Guys great service, just made using highrise much more easier! Kudos!

Some improvements could include picking attachments from the email and correctly picking up the from / to addresses in the Gmail Thread. once this is done... you guys are perfect!

        Hey man this should be fixed/improved in recent versions - let me know if you're finding that to be the case.

        I also did some research on attachments and found out that Highrise does not let third parties submit file attachments at this time. Sounds like a security move on their part.

        I'll keep an eye on their documentation in case that changes.

        Thanks for the kind words! I'm interested in improving this. What do you mean by picking attachments (on the highrise side - name, file, etc?) and I'm interested in hearing how we can improve the picking from/to addresses in gmail threads. We currently go by the first not-you email. Since that's not working for you I'd like to hear more.
