Email user association fail. Also email content fail
I forwarded past emails to highrise using ecquire, but it did not associate it to the highrise contact. on other occasion, it forwarded the email to the right contact, but did not include Any of the email text, only the email's subject line was included.

Hey Dave - the first issue probably has to do with the same contact having two email addresses If you suspect that you can always make sure there's a match by typing in the field and it will autocomplete right out of highrise.
The second sounds like a recently discovered bug currently under repair where we just discovered the cause. Hope that gives you a picture of the status. Thanks again and keep the feedback coming as you use it.
